We do our best to get our orders received before 1pm sent out the same day. While this is not always possible, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Depending on where you are in the world and your postal service will determine how long your order will take to arrive, but we aim to have it sent out to you as soon as possible. You can use the following as a guide to determine when your brand new luxury hair extensions will arrive at your door. Please note this is an approximate time based after your order has been received and shipped from our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order
Once you have placed your order with Minque hair you will then receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address you provided at the time of checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available, if you do not receive a tracking number after this time please email us at: email@example.com

Returns and Exchanges
For all exchanges, the Minque Hair Warranty Seal must still be intact; and your Minque Hair Extensions have not been worn/ removed from packaging or altered in any way. This includes washed,dying, bleaching or toning (professional or from a toning shampoo).
All exchanges must be accompanied by the returns form provided or emailed in order for the Minque team to process your request.
Please note all returns and/ or refunds of Minque hair extensions are not accepted, unless in the case of a faulty product.

We recommend registering your return parcel to ensure that you can track your exchange with ease as lost items are not covered by Minque Hair Extensions.
