Thats right! Minque Hair offers FREE shipping for all Domestic Orders, and provides Standard & Express shipping on all Domestic and International Orders.
We do our best to despatch orders received before 1 pm sent out the next business day. While this is not always possible, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and despatched for the Minque Head Office.

Depending on where you are in the world and your postal service will determine how long your order will take to arrive, but we aim to have it sent out to you as soon as possible. Tracking Your Order
Once you have placed your order with Minque hair you will then receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address you provided at the time of checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available, if you do not receive a tracking number after this time please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org

Returns and Exchanges
For all exchanges, the Minque Hair Warranty Seal must still be intact; and your Minque Hair Extensions have not been worn/ removed from packaging or altered in any way. This includes washed,dying, bleaching or toning (professional or from a toning shampoo).
All exchanges/ returns must be accompanied by the returns form provided or emailed in order for the Minque team to process your request.
Please note all returns and/ or refunds of Minque hair extensions are not accepted, unless in the case of a faulty product and can only be returned/exchanged within 60 days from dispatch. All exchanges/returns are subject to a $30 exchange/ return fee.

- Returns and/ or refunds are not accepted, unless in the case of a faulty product.
- Goods may be returned if found to be damaged/faulty, Minque Hair Extensions should be advised immediately if goods are believed to be faulty BEFORE wearing the Hair Extensions. You must contact Minque Hair via email within 30 days from despatch date.
- Any item incorrectly returned as being faulty to Minque Hair Extensions HQ will incur a $30.00 Service Fee-Associated before sending back to you.
- All products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- The return of hair extensions is the responsibility of the purchaser and it is recommended to return using a tracking system as Minque Hair does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns.
- If products are found to be faulty a full credit will be given - No refunds.
- Any shipment or Australia Post delays are beyond our control, please ensure you are ordering well ahead of time prior to your event if your order is needed for a specific event or date.
- Once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the hair extensions were not opened we will begin processing your exchange. Providing your replacement set is in stock this process will take 1-2 business days once received if your shade & set is available. We will then despatch your new set and provide you with the appropriate tracking details. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchange.
EXCHANGES IN 3 EASY STEPS
1 - Fill out the Minque Hair Extensions return/exchange form (form in your pakage)
2 - Your $30 exchange fee associated with your Minque exchange is payable via paypal, bank transfer, or card.
3 - Post sealed hair, Exchange form & self-addressed postbag to below address
We recommend registering your return parcel to ensure that you can track your exchange with ease as lost items are not covered by Minque Hair Extensions.
