My tracking information states my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. Can I have a refund?

When we dispatch your hair extensions or hair care order we provide tracking information, if this information identifies that your item has been delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the couriers and they will investigate on your behalf.

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for lost packages where the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address.
